What is Web 2.0?
Web 2.0 is a phrase coined by O'Reilly Media in 2003 that refers to second generation web-based tools and services like blogs, wikis, social-networking sites, etc. The OCC blog for instance is an example of web 2.0 type of application of the web. Over the next few weeks we will be discussing some of the web 2.0 tools available on this blog.
